Hey, sorry it's been awhile. The tale of my eye and how Dr. G-----
routed it out during what was supposed to be a routine cataract
surgery, leaving me with a semi-useless blob of jelly in its place, is
familiar to all of you (see archives). But I've been referred to two
good malpractice attorneys who haven't wanted to take my case. Mind
you, neither one said it was because I didn't have a case: one simply
said he had too many clients, and the other has said nothing. Despite
numerous letters and phone calls, I've gotten no response whatsoever.
Please share your experiences with me about this. Where do I go from
here? Thanks, M
