It's only been three days, but I can actually tell a big difference.
Morning dry eye was happening every day, but has stopped abruptly since
I started taking the stuff.  I also haven't had any RGP contact dry eye
episodes in the last three days (foggy dry or tearing).  Amazing.  The
real test will be when I go back to work on Wednesday with all the air
conditioning, flourescent lights and computer screens.

The downside is that I've been taking flax seed oil pills for a month
(2000 mg a day) and it didn't do anything -  it seems to work for me
only if I choke down a few tablespoons of liquid oil per day.  It's
gross, but it's the same as something like 20 pills.

I tried fish oil capsules, one or two 1200mg. capsules per day,
and they did seem to help.  Although now I've gotten sick of my
contacts and only wear them when I go to the beach.
