Cosmetically I find the Zeiss coatings to be much more pleasing.  The
Sola Teflon coating has a much more intense residual blue that I find
unattractive.  Durabilitywise, they are both good.

My favorite A/R coats are Essilor's Crizal Alize and I-Coat's Vivix
Stainless, because they are extremely durable and have a very minimal
residual color.  The one knock I have against Crizal Alize is it is
limited as to the materials they will put it on (i.e., NO TRIVEX),
while Vivix Stainless pretty much can be applied to any plastic (I
haven't inquired or tried to order it on a glass lens).
