Hi

I am having a problem with my o2 optix lenses. This probably has been going
on since I had them (12 months) although it is intermittant.

At the moment, I am getting off-focus vision in my right lens, esspecially
reading text (close up and far away). If I move the contact lens with my
finger and let it return by itself, i get perfect vision for about 10
seconds and then the same blurryness returns. My vision is crisp i.e. not
foggy buts its out of focus. I occasionally get the same problem in my left
eye, but not as much.

Could It be the text engraving on the contact lens itself? i.e.
"Cibervision"

I have an appointment with my optician on Thursday but I wondered what
people here thought.

My first thought would be dryness. My second thought would be a lens
that is slightly decentered - although I've yet to see an O2 Optix fit
anything but well-centered.

It definitely wouldn't be the text engraving on the lens.

Have you tried another lens in the right eye? This is the obvious thing
to try in an effort to work it out.

Dom
