Eye pressure & Blood Pressure

Anyone know whether eye pressure and blood pressure are related?  I
mean, if one's blood pressure is low, would eye pressure tend to be low
as well (and vice versa)?  Would the two tend to track over the course
of a day?

Yes.

There is no real relation, in general, between intraocular tensions
and blood pressure.
