Is Tetrahydrozoline HCL an analog of Epinephrine or just another
vasoconstrictor?

Is it true that Long-term use of Tetrahydrozoline products is not
recommended?

My eyes are often so red and Blood-shot from my Blepharitis
(and allied treatments for Blepharitis)
that I need something to use to make my eyes white again.

Am I risking scleral atrophy or chronic capillary spasm?

Thanks in advance,

I'm not sure how those two categories differ. Tetrahydrozoline, naphzoline,
phenylephrine, oxymetazoline and epinephrine all act on the same receptor
sites.

It's true that most doctors discourage it, but I'm not sure why. I've never
seen any consequences but I'm sure someone will speak up  THZ doesn't
rebound significantly. Oxymetazoline rebounds dramatically.

Dry eye symptoms are the only side effect I've observed.
