I have created an online support group specific to blepharitis. It is
located at http://www.blepharitisforum.com
There is just the forum for now, with more to be added later..
Great idea for a common problem with mostly homeopathic workable
remedies; I've increased my armamentarium to include, in ascending order
of agressiveness:
warm compresses
lid and lash scrubs
lid massages
flaxseed oil (oral)
codliver oil (oral)
and some allopathic treatments including:
steroids (topical)
Restasis
antibiotics (topical and oral)
punctal plugs (when dry eyes are contributing)
and as a last resort for those who can't wait for the above to work:
surgery (chalazions only)
w.stacy, o.d.

Blepharitis SUCKS....as I can attest to after 16 years of Hellish Pain also
have you tried warm salt water?
It seems to knock the staph down quite effectively and my sclera returns
almost to a pre-blepharitic state after the salt water treatment.
