As far as I know, going to a doc who has some starter kits on hand is
the only certain way of getting ClearCare now. I had been able to get
some a little while ago on walgreens.com, but I believe they're all out
now.

I also found this statement on the cibavision web site:
"Lens Care Update
Greater amounts of Clear Care® and AOSEPT® are on their way
Beginning in April, customers will see increasing supplies of Clear
Care® and AOSEPT® as retail stores receive them and stock their
shelves. AQuify® MPS will begin shipping in the second quarter and
other products will follow.
We regret any inconvenience this temporary supply issue may have
caused. While there have been some shortages in a few cities, many
stores continue to have CIBA Vision lens care products on their
shelves. CIBA Vision encourages consumers to check supermarkets,
grocery stores, and pharmacies in their area for remaining products as
we re-supply local retailers. Eye Care Professionals and patients can
remain confident that CIBA Vision Lens Care products in their offices
and on retail shelves meet the highest standards of quality. New
supplies are increasing and customers will continue to find good value
in the features and benefits of all CIBA Vision lens care products. "
