Anyone know Neil Choplin,MD?

NO. Is there a reason you need to know this? This is the internet, it
is not the best place for advice (says he giving advice).

If you need  glaucoma specialist, ask your OD or MD for a referral.

He's giving some good general advice there and his credentials are
good. Can't hurt to get some good opinions. He's not diagnosing or
treating on the Internet.
