The "word on the street" is that there was a problem at CIBA's Toronto
manufacturing facility and that production of a number of products was
shut down, hence the shortage. Temporary glitch. Product should be
returning to retail outlets within the next couple of weeks and
back-to-normal by the middle of next month.

I've sort of become accustomed to such things as a Trader Joes shopper.
Favorite products disappear there all the time. You've got to stock up!  
I guess I need to put Softwear Saline and ClearCare in my earthquake
supply kit.
