what places usually prescribe day and night? walmart does not seem to do it. they can be ordered online. However my optometrist does not pescribe extend wear contacts as its too dangerous. I got a lecture on the risks of sleeping in contacts from him, did my research and hes correct. I dont think you will care, its your eyes to do what you want. During the week, it is not really convenient to take out contacts at night or when I sleep because I sleep in the library or in my car. I do not sleep at a house or apartment, nor do i have a regular sleeping schedule. Thus, it is better for my eyes if i sleep in day and night ones than in ones that have a lower dk/t. Are you homeless? This is strange. Sleeping in your car or in a store, restraurant or library is inconvinent to say! To answer your question, yes focus day and night is less harmful than others but its not harm free.
