While not exactly what the title describes, kinda a nice site to get a
quick overview of the weather conditions.

It's a frappr map style interface.  Type in your airport identifier, click
the link and it will give you some runway information.  No graphical
picture of the layout of the airport that I could see.

The main map shows nicely the flight conditions and even adds in high
winds, future TFR and TFRs in the balloons

Naturally, this doesn't replace a formal briefing, but sure does a good job
supplementing it.
