I find that http://www.pudmed.com is an excellent resource that can
search many journals and provide an abstract.

Why is the correct spelling question marked?

http://www.PubMed.com forwards to
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi which is the National
Library of Medicine and National Institutes of Health.

PubMed is much easier to remember

I think he was making sure that it wasn't 'pudmed' as originally noted.

I'm pretty sure omnipotent entities don't need
middlemen to get their message to the people.

Review of Ophthalmology is pretty good (in addition to PubMed).  Also, some
"important" articles in PubMed are accessed in full.
