With my right eye, I see a donut shape gray color floating cloud in
straight at what I stare at. It first happed a few days ago and keeps
bother me. The cloud follows my eyeball every movements. It changes its
shape a bit but remains the same size all the time.
Any thought what it might be?
Thanks,

Sounds like something called a Weiss Ring, comprised of glial tissue
from the optic nerve created by the detachment of the vitreous from the
posterior pole.

You should have a retinal exam to rule out the presence of any retinal
tears/detachments.
