Does anyone have any experience with a Dr K W McNeer in Richmond
Virignia?

Any input would be helpful.

Thanks

I know Keith McNeer personally. He was trained by Dr.Jampolsky in San
Francisco, as was I.

Dr. McNeer is VERY experienced. His particular interest is use of BOTOX in
strabismus, and he is one of the leading authorities in that area.

PS: Regarding Dr. Guyton - I did a 1 year fellowship with him. His specialty
is optics, and optical problems that relate to strabismus. HOWEVER, length o
time to an appointment is not proportional to how good someone is. He
teaches a lot, out of town. This can contribute to anyone's appointment
backlog.

I highly respect them both.

Thank you Dr Robins.

I am not sure who to work with.  I am considering M Jaafar, K McNeer,
and Ed Wortham.  This is my sixth
surgery and I am afraid of the scar tissue that I am sure is building
up.  This one needs to be done right.......

I spoke with Dr McNeer and his thoughts are completely different from
the others.  He wants me to wear +1.25 glasses and perform an
adjustable suture surgery.  Where the other doctors do not agree with
the glasses perscrition or the type of surgery.

I am simply not sure who to turn to, but I ned to do something soon.  A
sales manager who can not look people in the eyes does not last
long...........

Any input would be very helpful.....
