I have read a lot since my last post and also gave up the idea of
ordering online.
I found a frame at a store which I also found it at framesdierct.com.
Under Eyeglases, it is FLEXON 613. See at
http://www.framesdirect.com/framesfp/Flexon-lcrdkf/r.html
Measurement is 48-18-30.4-135.
My prescription (for progressive - I'll be doing noline bifocal) is
Sph; Cyl; Axis
R:+1.00; -0.75; 150
L:-0.25; -0.50; 040 (add+1.50)
PD- MonoR: 28
PD- MonoL: 30
I need the best possible vision for Near, Intermeidte, and Distance.
Noting that I need to be doing programming work on computer while
reading from books at the same time, (1)what types of lens (Panamic, or
Ellipse) and (2) what materials (CR39 or mid-index or high-index)I
should use to get the best vision with my choice of frame?
BTW, what exactly is fiting height?
Again my info is:

Thanks.

Aside from precription, PD value, all I needed was fitting height which
I kind of knew what it was but wanted to besude and asked her. No one
answered, not even the fact one doesn't need to be optician to measure
it unless the person is extremely sloppy. Why?
