Sounds like an oxymoron. Kind of like "what does it mean if the sky is

Hmm..
If it's the _sclera_ that looks "too white" then it's most often Naphcon or
some other "redness" drop.
If it's the _conjunctiva_ that looks "too white," it may suggest anemia
where the pink tissues turn pale.
The only other "too white" condition that comes to mind is calcification,
which is rare, and seldom uniform.

Someone who attempted to bleach the sclera to make it whiter would probably
incur permanent vision loss, but it would not be correct to attribute this
to the artificial whiteness of the sclera.
