I have understood. The program should be sold not in Russia. It is
necessary to find the partner only.

Dear Alex,
I am curious. What are your interests and background?
Medical? Engineering? Science? Sales?
My own interests stemed from discussions with Dr. Jacob
Raphaelson and his suggestions for PREVENTION of
a negative refractive state of the natural eye.
I was primarily interested in helping my sister's kids
AVOID getting into it -- by having THEM make certain
they always PASSED the DMV test.
I felt the risk of stair-case myopia was very great
for them, and any "ghosting" they my see (if they
had 20/20) was worth the risk -- as a trade off.
Best,
Otis

Dear Alex,
Subject: Point of contact
In the USA the National Eye Institute normally review any proposed
preventive program. That would be the group to contact for your
proposal.

Yes. I know. But me the mass market of computer programs for visual
training more interests. I while shall be engaged in a science with the
Russian institutes. I have the right to sell the program already now.
It is intended for visual training. Now we sell the network version for
the computer companies. And now it is interesting to me to begin
promotion of the program on the American market.

Alex, please be careful, if you'll sell something that won't work, you
might have to pay millions in court. That's the way things go in the
U.S.
alexeremeev@gmail.com - 22 Aug 2005 21:32 GMT
Thanks for the prevention. I understand it. And you saw results of work
with the program? I gave the reference in the first message. Look.
These are real results. Me interests more to find than users-testers in
America. Better Russian-speaking. It is necessary to begin with
something.
