Is it possible to order exact "original equipment" replacement nosepads?
I have 2 different frames that need replacements - both Marchon Flexons.
The optician in the optometrist office where I bought them only offered generic nosepads that matched neither the size or texture of the originals and said they were unable to get exact replacements (even for the ones with the "M" inside).

Do frame manufactures offer replacement parts or is replacing the whole frame the only option?

Yes, but you might have to pay for the ordering service.

Here's a question.  Perhaps it's too obvious.

Why hasn't some manufacturer packaged matching spare nosepads and
screws with their glasses?  I've also seen anodized/coated screws
where exact replacement is nearly impossible.  I've bought clothing
with spare matching buttons.  One expensive suit even came with a
fabric piece that could have been woven in (by an expert) to repair
a small tear or abrasion.
