i am 27 i have had my eyesight checked and my vision is fine, the problem
seems to be when i look straight ahead , i am aware of my nose profile being
in both eyes, almost central to my cheek on both sides and out of focus.

Perhaps you need a rhinoplasty.

That is only a problem if you are bothered by what is completely normal
peripheral vision. If you didn't see your nose, or if it were in focus,
you would have a problem.

Really? It sounds like you should remove the nose.
Your nose should be
>out of focus
If you can see your nose without accomodating, you would probably be
wearing 30 diopter glasses. Then you could take them off and see your
nose clearly without trying.
The nose is so close to the face that you would develop horrible eye
problems like astigmatism and myopia if you tried to make it clear.
Maybe you are spending too much time in doors. Does this problem
agrivate you when you are staring into the distance?
