How soon after the removing of an epiretinal membrane can I resume
light exercise such as yoga including head stands, jogging for 30
minutes, push ups and sit ups for 15 minutes?
The surgery took 70 minutes and had no complications. I asked the
surgeon and did not receive a clear answer.
Many thanks,
Carlos

I'd wait a while. But i'd ask the surgeon. I mean that is not minor
surgery, so ask the question...

This is my interpetation of what my doctors said.
No swimming for 3 moths.
Can walk for about 1 hr next day after the surgery.
Can run and bike as much as I want 1 week after surgery.
Wait for push ups and sit ups for 1 month.
No head stands for now.
Of course, this may vary according to the results of the operation. In
my case there were no comlications.
