I'm contemplating getting zeiss glass lenses this year.  Does anyone
know the maximum total power and the maximum cylindrical correction one
can have in order to get these lenses?  Thanks!

Hi,

Total power including the cylinder is  -20.00. Add the sphere to the cylinder to
get the total power if the Rx is written in minus cylinder, ignore the cylinder
power if written in plus cylinder. For instance -20.00 +2.50 is ok, -20.00 -2.50
is not. I'm not sure if there is a maximum cylinder power restriction. If you
are under 4.00 you should be ok.

This lens has been removed from the US market.

Hope this helps,
