severe dry eyes

What is the best eye tr. for a 50yr.old female just starting menopause with
very dry eyes. Nothing seems to last. What a bout Restasis?

You might want to use Google Groups, or some other method, and search
this forum for "dry eye."

Much has been contributed over the last year or so (including about
Restasis).  People tend to be reticent when it comes to posting the
same thing on successive occasions.  I think a forum search yields
better information from which you can formulate specific questions.

Well, the best thing I can think of is to move to Hawaii.  I mean
humidifying your environment might be the best thing.  So If you can't
move to Fiji or to Ha or some such humid environment (to preserve the
tears you have), buy a humidifier and put it next to your bed.

As far as drops, keep trying them all.  Whatever seems to work, use.
