agree. looks relatively benign to me. I would monitor for changes at next
exam.

I agree it's probably benign.
The pigment suggests a ring when you play with the contrast.
It looks like a satellite histo lesion. Sometimes there's only one.
Possibly an old AV malformation rupture or minor vascular event.
Did you change the file name?

No sure if that question is to me, but yes, I did. I probably should
just use patient I.D. #s (unique to my office) on these photos, and will
from now on.

It seems too large for a histo spot, and those are seldom sentinal.
Possibly toxo, but there doesn't seem to be enough fibrosis and tissue
destruction.
The borders aren't sharp (the light area). Is this coming from the
choroid? Is it elevated?

Not sure about the elevation; will bring pt. back in for another look
soon. Will attempt a stereo photo and will get a better look with sl. lamp.
