Ordered contacts from this company that came in blurry. Same scrip as
my existing lenses. My eye doctor cleaned and polished them - still
blurry. They had me return them. Their response - you didn't clean
them. You're at fault. Too bad. We won't do anything else for you.
The lenses are useless. I have to order through my eye doctor now.
Not only did I not save money, I paid for lenses that I cannot use and
they won't fix! I have to pay twice.

Avoid this company!!!!

It may be the fault of the manufacturer, not the supplier. You may have read
my previous posts about every lens in the six-pack, although clearly of the
same lot, being different. The manufacturer ignored my complaints and my
optician got sh.t from his supplier.

Throw yourself on your doc's mercy, maybe he won't charge as much as you
think.

Assuming you used a credit card, dispute the charges IN WRITING with
the card issuer.

Never order rigid CLs through anyone except the doctor or CL fitter. Too many
variables. The lens specs need to be verified before they are dispensed, and in
some instances the lens needs to be observed on the eye and then custom modified
for proper fit.
