I like this forum very much, but I am wondering if there are other
newsgroups on the same or similar topic which I have not been able to
find from the many thousands of newsgroups on offer.

Would someone kindly advise me please.

There are private web-based forums, but no other newsgroup to the best of my
knowledge.
