ok to wear o2 optix for a month instead of two weeks?

i know some of the lenses are marketed for two weeks but doctors would
precribe as monthly lenses. are o2 optix the same case here? tia

Why would you want to besides being cheap?  Many lenses cannot be worn for
more than two weeks.  Also, most of the GPC (giant pappilary conjunctivitis)
we see is caused by over worn contacts.  Over 90% of my patietns are on a
daily wear regimen regradless of the lens they wear.
