Dear Ms. Melvin,

I have asked Ciba Vision to look into this matter. They consider this as
very serious, and are very supprised that a box labelled as Progressive
+2.75 would have been adulterated with other lenses. Lenses are manufactured
in thousands of batches at a time, and are packaged before another power is
manufactured. Therefore it is incredible that this should happen.

Ciba vision would like you to E-Mail them at
eric.liao@cibavision.novartis.com

Thank you

Regards

Dear Roland,

Subject:  Due concern by sci.med.vision

Actually, I think that the membership of
sci.med.vision would like to know about
these "slip-ups" so they could ask their
OD or ophthalmologist to verify that
they have received the "correct" contact
lens.

I do not believe Ciba Vision sliped up at all.
