How long can the side effects of one injection last?

Are there any treatments to reduce the side effects?

Thanks to each for responding to these questions.

This post hasn't been responded to yet. According to what I've read, the
effects last about three months, so I imagine the side effects (elevated
IOP, in steroid responders) last a comparable length of time. I don't know
what methods are available to manage this.

Eye drops (Pred Forte, NSAIDS) are used to treat some of the same
conditions as Kenalog, and are probably safer. If there is some chance of
success with these treatments, they are often used instead.
