Not if they are made properly and are the same Rx.

I'am pretty sure that the abbe number is the same at 36. I believe that the
specific gravity is slightly lower with the 1.70, around 1.35g.cm3. Both are
available with an aspheric design.

Make that 1.41g.cm^3 for both.
It might even be the same material just measured via European standards
rather than US standards. We each use different wavelengths to determine the
refractive index of the same material.
