Depends on the type of microorganism.  This answer could be a chapter in a
book unless you provide more specific information about what you are looking
for.

It would help us if you could tell us the type of symptoms you are having.
Then we can give you more specific information.

SYmptoms: On the morning, my eyes are scratching. When I look at a white
background, I see little dot of lights moving very fast like living micro
organism. My eyes are tired really fast. I feel a burning sensation. I have
floaters.

Cordially,

Not likely an infection.   Itchy eyes are often due to allergy, as are tired
eyes.  Dry eye or lid problems can cause those symptoms too.  Little dots in
vision against a white background is normal.  There are a number of causes
of floaters, some serious, some not; seldom due to infection.  See an eye
doctor to find out why your eyes are tired.
