Recently I bought replacement RGP contact lens. I wear RGP instead of
soft lens because of my strong myopia. Once in a while the lens on my
left cornea is moved off to the side when I blink. I didn't have this
problem with the older lens. The lens maker insists that both sets of
lens were made with the exact same specifications. Any suggestions?
BTW the lens are Boston ES.

First, it is not unusual for a RGP lens to occasionally mis-position
(especially if you get something in your eye or rub them.) If this
happens simply when you blink, it indicates a problem with the fit.
Second, if your previous lens *never* did that and the new one does,
then clearly they are either NOT the same specifications or YOUR eye
specifications have changed. Something HAS to be different to cause a
change in the behavior of the lens.
