I think this is nasty spam.
My office manager saw Liquid Lense advertised and we had a patient ask about
it. So we shelled out about $20 Canadian and bought some. Tried it on some
heavily scratched donation lenses. The result: imagine painting a lens
with clear nail polish --drips, brush marks etc made the lens useless-- took
out the scratches but added many distortions just like Victorian window
glass.

This is just advertising.
I had a patient who came in and showed me his glasses after using this
stuff. It leave a terrible coating on the lenses that looks like an oil
slick-- chromatic fringes, etc. He claimed it distorted his vision and
rendered his scratched lenses totally unusable.
Snake oil.
