Sure.

The potentials recorded in VEP depend on normal conduction velocities along
the axons and thru the brainstem nuclei. Ocular albinism doesn't always
disturb the optic nerve pathways in so gross a manner as to affect the VEP..

That's a pretty typical description for ocular albinism, regardless of the
VEP. Iris transillumination nails it down, particularly if you're young.
