I am very poor sighted in my right eye since childhood and my left eye
does most of the work, when I reached mid tweenties I bercame more
aware my eye was turning inward, more so from people reaction than I
could tell by looking in mirror. I had surgery to weaken a muscle in
my right eye,(they used a techniqure where after surgery they
tightened the stiches), the eye seems to be turning in again and I
wanted to know what non surgical methods there were which might
improve this.

The chances aren't great for creating real cosmetic improvement with
training exercises.

Some people wear glasses with special prism in the turning eye, which can
make the eye look much better aligned.

What are the best methods of making cosmetic improvements.

Strabismus surgery is best.

Cosmetic prism glasses would be next, not as good but a lot cheaper.

Why stopping to cosmetic improvements?

You just learn how to use correctly your poor eye.

Go to an od and let him put some drug that paralizes the ciliary
muscle of the good eye, and try to use the other one.

You treat it by yourself, exercising it in remembering things seen,
how poorly as they can be in the beginning.

Start with a Snellen chart, at close or far distance, you will see
where is the better, or with other colored objects.

Use the sun as much as you can, trying to learn how to become friend
of him, and learning in time how to gaze at it without discomfort.

One interesting website is this, http://www.solarhealing.com

Most of all, stop following the ortodox medical profession, which has
proved to be completely invalid since many hundreds of years.

The butchery is very common indeed, even if it is of no avail.

And the docs still are against poor Otis', who is an old man just
trying to find new concepts to be tried.
