According to the Extreme website
(http://www.extreme-h2o.com/WWW/docs/extreme.asp.) the lens is a 2 weekly
disposable.

My doc prescribes them as 2-week. I sometimes wear them for 3 weeks,
but they can get uncomfortable. I talked to a sales rep at a
distrubutor (Massachusetts USA) and she said one month, if they're
cleaned well everyday.

I find that the Extreme H2O lenses are generally "weak." For example,
I have to wear -7.00 in that brand, but that is equal to a -6.00 in an
AcuVue, at least for me.
