Depends on what's deposited on the lens, the material from which it is
made how long you intend on keeping them before replacement and your
ability to properly use Pliagel.
I generally prefer Pliagel (or Miraflow for some materials) with a
hydrogen peroxide disinfectant.

I remove my Focus Night and Day lenses every night. I use six drops of
Pliagel per lens. I rub each side between the index finger of one hand
and the palm of the other hand. (I try to keep the index finger fixed
against the concave side, thus rubbing the entire lens against the
palm. In other words, the friction occurs between the convex side and
the palm.)
I try not to rub too hard ... even so, I don't expect these lenses to
withstand 30 days of rubbing.
