That's interesting, I did not know this. Sadly my piggies went to
piggy heaven sometime ago:((.  I now have two bunnies and a long
haired mouse called Alistair.

Have you seen the ads with guinea pigs, They stole our idea ! :((

LOL  They're pretty popular as indoors pets abroad and in this
country. They're not considered to be a children's pet  so much as
they used to be.  If they're handled right
and  neutered they make great pets but they do have sharp teeth and
claws and it's not fun being attacked by a rabbit:(

No it is not.   Over 50 years ago,  I went rabbit hunting with my brother
and father and another fellow who had a couple of hunting dogs.   I asked
him where the other dog was and he replied,,, too young.   A dog has to be
well over a year old to go with other dogs to hunt rabbits,,, southern
Georgia rabbits or some people call them swamp rabbits,,,,almost as big as
the dogs.   Hhhm,,,, have not thought about that for quite awhile.
My brother got himself a new shotgun because he was so good with his
rifle like mine.   Lucky shot if you ask me.  LOL
