What  terrible thought.  maybe Middlesex is the best place to keep it!

We will if we get any. Apart from a few wet stormy days and last
night frost , it's been like spring here.  The leaves are falling off
the trees but the roses are in full bloom.

Yes it's gorgeous here in Cornwall as well.  As you say, the leaves are
coming off the trees, but it's like spring.  Roll on a spring-like Christmas.
