Good point but there has been enough warnings about the side effects of
these type of drugs. I think the makers took it off the market as soon as
they knew for certain that it *can* (in some people not all)(especially
older people) cause heart/high blood pressure problems
I was on VIOXX from the time it was introduced to the UK approx 5 years ago.
I begged my GP for it, it was a wonderful drug. Some people suffer
different side effects than others - I'm now stuck using Volarol -
apparently the side effects are they cause stomach problems. One has to be
very careful....
