Never mind Wimbledon, what's happening in the rest of London?

Both has disastrous has the other for the ordinary Londoner I would
have thought from a disruption point of view and quite possibly with
regard to injuries and deaths also only difference being today's
wasn't preventable but 2012 certainly was/is .
