Has anyone on this NG any direct experience of using a magnetic
bracelet for the treatment of OA/RA?
With the changes to my medication, i.e. Co-prox no longer available, I
am wondering if these things do have any effect.  They're not cheap,
£50, but if they do have some palliative effect they might be
worthwhile.
I would be grateful for any feed-back.  Many thanks.

I tried one, for my RA, in my usual spirit of "I'll try (almost)
anything once", but can't honestly say I noticed any difference at
all. The same applied to the Birch Bark wine my mother bought for me,
having read about it in some article, except that it tasted *really*
foul.

Your mileage may vary, but it's an expensive trial, and I have never
seen any convincing evidence as to their efficacy.

One company was offering money-back trials, so I wrote to
them and have heard nothing since!
