Hi - are you all fed up with food yet? I am sick of eating and looking
forward to my tea tonight - a poached egg!
We had no snow, despite me taking the sledge all the way up north, but had a
nice time. However there is nowt like your own fireside, so I am looking
forward to vegging out tonight, and going back to work tomorrow.
Nice to be back.

Too bloody true. I've got the turkey carcase simmering in the stock
pot to make soup, and that's the end of Christmas for twelve months.
Roll on Easter and the start of the summer golf season!

A very strange thing has happened at our Sainsburys this year usually
during January they have had crimbo cakes& puds going for less than
half price and many other items of Christmas stock besides this year
nothing . I am in the store every other day nearly it being less than
half a mile away from us so I cant have missed anything .

Welcome back Jayne. We haven't had a meal at all today. Everybody has gone
home and youngest has gone to her boyfriend's so we two old codgers have
just vegged out and now having a cup of tea and a cracker with cheese

Hiya Barb! Thought I was in the wrong place for a moment!
Crackers and cheese are good when you are sick of rich food aren't they?
Tomorrow will be a very plain day for us I think, and I have put the
chocolates away for a couple of weeks so we aren't tempted.

LOL. Well I don't often de-lurk here although I keep an eye on things.
To be truthful I forgot which place I was in :-))
