As some of you might know I've had to wrap up my photographic business for
various reasons, so I've been looking round for something else to do. Saw an
ad offering training for driving instructors so went to talk to them about
it.
Don't seem to have any problems because of arthur (though I may have been
having a lucky day. I hope not) so I signed up for a training course, they
having guaranteed me a job at the end of it.
Well, they said we have spaces on a course in Sheffield in mid November, or
we've just had a cancellation for the course starting on Monday in
Wolverhampton.
So I'm off to Wolverhampton Sunday afternoon, rather nervous and, I might
add, excited.
Downside is that since my notebook is still u/s I shall be computerless for
two weeks :(
Wish me luck,
Dave

I second the Good luck bit Dave.
Andy, Is it fair to put the words height and Dawn in the same sentence,
they dont really go together do they, she might get a bit touchy, climb
a ladder and smack you on the knee!

A man I work with is learning to become a driving instructor. It is a long
course though, and he has been doing it for most of this year. He has his
final test in the next few months, which apparently is hard to pass, and if
he does pass then he is off to be a driving instructor.
The very best of luck Dave
