> PS: Heather, did you find out about your Dads War Record?
Yes, I have found out quite a lot Andy, He fought at Bruneval,
Oudna,Italy, and lastly Arnhem, I have also found a site for info on
German pows which gives details of a place where I can get a copy of his
record card. It has all been very interesting, like many others he
didn't talk about 'the war' with his family.
I will get round to that asap, but at the moment my dog is ill again,
mother has her R.arm in a sling (slipped in the bath) and my d.I.law is
due her first baby any day now, so all a bit hectic here.
Thanks again for the links.

Crikey Heather, you have a lot on your plate at the minute. I hope that
your dog and mum both recover quickly, and that all goes well for your
daughter in law.
