Oh I remember those being mentioned ages ago Heather in here.  Possibly
years ago, knowing my memory.  Could it have been Hildagh, or Connie?  Or
possibly Maureen.  Just realised that none of them are about now though, so
not much help

This isn't a typo is it "Pens".  "Tens" I know, and they are good, but
"Pens"?

No its definitely pens.  It looks like a pen - I'm sure google would find it
for you - wish I could remember the details.

Hi Heather

I have arthritis in my kness and hips I tried the pain pen, its like a fat
pen you have to click the top like a pen.  It shoots out electic pulses
(like one of them devices for lighing gas hobs) I can't remember now where I
bought it from, but it came with a 30 day return policy.  The device is
arkward to use and can get tiresome having to press the top 30-40 times. I
can tell you they don't work.  Ive found a couple of sites for you to read
up on them.

I've received a Lifestyle brochure in the post this morning, Heather, so
here goes.
Paingone pen - click away your pain! Contains crystals that create
electrical impulses to stimulate nerve endings.

Hope this helps. The cataloggy has got loads of other things too.

I think just short of 50 quid is steep, you could buy a stun gun that
looks like a mobile phone for 35 quid (64USD) look
http://www.safetygearhq.com/

I haven't tried either product, I'd just like to add, although I get
the feeling Heather might like to change that for me?

You do get to some strange sites, but I do like the look of that mobile
'gun', illegal in UK I suppose. ;-)

It sounds great, but is it so simple to 'click' away the pain, it sound
too good to be true. Problem is I never quite believe advertising, but
there is a 30 day money back guarantee!

I will have to think about it some more,
Thanks Janet.

I had decided not to get one Bill, too good to be true, and having to
click that many times would have been impossible, as its my hands I
wanted it for.

Thanks.

I'm surprised the makers haven't cotton on to the length of time one needs
to click these devices.
