If I could lose about 4 stone I would have a lot of spare flesh and
skin to donate - big question is - how the heck do I mange it :-)

Regret there is only one answer which might be disguised in different
ways,but which really amounts to - starving.
I manage to keep within reasonable limits by bearing in mind the
possible consequences of putting on too much. Losing weight is
important, but just like with smoking, even more important is being
determined to keep it off. That usually means adopting a somewhat
different way of life.
By the way. I'm not preaching, just trying to help.
