We don't really understand why A gets Tinniutus and B does not. But we do know
that using biofeedback we can increae ciruclation, increase temperature of the
hand, change the heart beat.

If we knew ezactly what was going  on in T , like we do for Blood Pressure,
would be easy.
We do know that when actors play a happy role, there is a measurable difference
in their blood.
So, I am having patients do the following:

Recall before you had the T. Use all five senses
You shopped for your first car. Look, see, smell, feel hear.
Spend 10 minutes / day doing this . Maybe the chemistry of your body will
"correct".
The most important sense is smell because that is directly hooked into your
limbic system. Can you get the perfume that you  used on your first prom?

Will it work?? I think it has in some of my patients. It takes a bit of doing
too.

However the latest science proves that a pleasant disposition will reduce the
incidence of the common cold.
Good luck

I'm not sure what you're describing is actually visualization but maybe
that's just a matter of semanitcs.  I'm not sure remembering shopping
for "the first car" is a good example-  my experience was horrible !!   ;)
