I tried accupuncture. It made no difference to the sound of my tinnitus.
However I did get to such a deep state of relaxation that the fight or
flight response to my tinnitus disappeared.
This I found helpful in getting used to my tinnitus by dealing with the
anxiety  and depression associated with it.
.Though of course there are so many other and cheaper options to deal with
the stress of tinnitus.

So, in a nutshell. Did accupuncture make a difference to my tinnitus?  Nope.
Did it help in dealing with it? Sure did.
