Delurking for a moment ...

I wasn't sure what this info meant. I've been a tinnitus sufferer for
years due to a very stressful time in my life when I clenched my teeth
-- TMJ? -- for months on end, and one morning I woke up with tinnitus.
I've used Xanax mostly to put me to sleep, but I was wondering: Would
taking GABA be like a "natural substitute" for Xanax and work just as
well to allow me to sleep?

TIA,
Glynne
